📝 Description

KERASEAL WB20 is an advanced, water-dispersed, two-part epoxy resin for floors and walls. It is designed to provide protection in light to medium-duty applications and is available in both smooth and gloss finishes.

Applying the Product

1. Surface Preparation

• Concrete compressive strength should be a minimum of 25 N/mm².
• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or weak layers.
• Use specialized chemical and mechanical preparation to clean the surface.
• Uneven or damaged floors should be repaired first.
• Substrate moisture content must be less than 12%.

2. Application Conditions

• Substrate moisture content: <12%
• Substrate temperature: +15°C to +39°C
• Maximum relative air humidity: 80%
• Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.

3. Mixing

• Use a slow-speed mixer (approx. 300 rpm).
• First, mix Part A for 2-3 minutes to reconstitute any settlement.
• Add Part B to Part A and mix for another 2-3 minutes until the color is homogeneous.
• Note: Once mixed, this material cannot be resealed for later use.

4. Application

• Roller: Apply evenly with a short-hair roller.
• Airless Spray: A 20:1 ratio piston pump with a 0.015-inch nozzle may be used. For best results, add up to 5% clean water to aid spray application.

5. Limitations

• To achieve a homogeneous color, use materials from the same production batch in one area.
• Direct sunlight may cause some discoloration, but this does not influence the coating's performance.

📦 Storage & Packaging

• Packaging: Supplied in 15kg per set.
• Storage: 12 months from manufacture date. Must be stored in original packaging, out of sunshine, at temperatures from 20-40°C.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

• Equipment Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with water.
• Surface Maintenance: Allow the coating to cure for at least one week before mechanical cleaning. It can be easily maintained by damp mopping with a neutral cleaner.
