📝 Description

KERASEAL WB50 is a two-component, water-dispersed epoxy-based coating system. It is used as a primer and sealer for water-based coatings or as a dustproofer for concrete and other porous mineral substrates.

Applying the Product

1. Surface Preparation

• Concrete compressive strength should be a minimum of 25 N/mm².
• The concrete must be dry and free of oil and dirt, such as dust or weak layers.
• The surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil and greases.
• Follow with mechanical preparation to clean the surface and create good adhesion.

2. Mixing

• First, mix Part A for 2-3 minutes to reconstitute any settlement from storage.
• Add Part B to Part A and mix for another 2-3 minutes until homogeneous.

3. Application

• Application is suitable by brush and short-hair roller.
• For porous surfaces, 2-3 coats can be applied to increase surface hardness.

📦 Storage & Packaging

• Packaging: Supplied in 12kg per set.
• Storage: 12 months from manufacture date. Must be stored in original packaging, out of sunshine, at temperatures from 20°C - 40°C.

🧼 Cleaning

• Clean equipment and tools immediately after use with clean water.

⚠️ Safety Precautions

• Ensure working areas are well-ventilated; use vapor protection masks in poorly ventilated areas.
• Do not expose the working area or materials to naked flames or excessive heat. No smoking.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing.
• If splashed on skin, wash off immediately with soapy water (do not use solvents).
• If splashed in eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
