KERAGUARD ADG20 is a high-abrasion-resistant, aliphatic, pigmented polyurethane coating. It is specifically designed for areas subject to high, repetitive abrasive traffic, such as loading docks and aisleways. Being UV resistant, it will not yellow, chalk, or degrade over time, even when exposed to harsh conditions.

Applying the Product
1. Surface Preparation
- Concrete must be solid with a compressive strength of 25N/mm² and a minimum tensile strength of 1.5N/mm².
- The surface must be clean. Contaminants should be removed by chemical and mechanical preparation.
- Uneven or damaged areas should be repaired first.
- The moisture content in the substrate must be less than 6%.
2. Application Conditions
- Substrate moisture content must be < 6%.
- Substrate temperature must be between +15°C and +39°C.
- Maximum relative air humidity is 85%.
- Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.
3. Mixing
- Use a slow-speed mixer (no more than 600 rpm).
- First, mix Part A for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Part B to Part A and mix for another 2-3 minutes until the color is homogenous.
- Once mixed, the material cannot be resealed for later use.
4. Application Method
- Roller: Apply evenly with a short-hair roller to the desired coverage rate.
- Airless Spray: A 20:1 ratio piston pump with a 0.015-inch nozzle may be used. Add up to 5% APT Spraying Thinners to aid application.
5. Limitations
- To ensure a homogeneous color, use materials from the same production batch in one area.

📦 Storage & Packaging
- Packaging: Supplied in 18kg per set.
- Storage: 12 months from manufacture date. Must be stored in original packaging, out of sunshine, at temperatures from 20°C - 40°C.
🧼 Cleaning
- Clean equipment and tools immediately after use with Solvent.
