Applying the Product

1. Surface Preparation

• Concrete must be solid with a compressive strength of 25N/mm² and a minimum tensile strength of 1.5N/mm².
• The surface must be clean. Contaminants should be removed by chemical and mechanical preparation (like shot blasting).
• Uneven or damaged areas should be repaired first with a suitable material.
• The moisture content in the substrate must be less than 6%.

2. Application Conditions

• Substrate moisture content must be < 6%.
• Substrate temperature must be between +15°C and +39°C.
• Maximum relative air humidity is 85%.
• Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.

3. Mixing

• Use a slow-speed mixer (no more than 600 rpm).
• First, mix Part A for 2-3 minutes.
• Add Part B to Part A and mix for another 2-3 minutes until the color is homogenous.
• Once mixed, the material cannot be resealed for later use.

4. Application

• Roller: Apply evenly with a short-hair roller to the desired coverage rate.
