ACRYRUBBER

Coloured liquid waterproofing, waterbase

ACRYRUBBER is a one-component, ready-for-use, coloured water-based liquid waterproofing membrane. Thanks to its resin composition, the product is highly elastic and adapts to movements of the deck caused by settlement or thermal stress. It has excellent resistance to UV rays and ageing.

Note: ACRYRUBBER must be used on sloped areas and is not for use in areas subject to ponding. It cannot be used for painting swimming pools or drinking water tanks.

• 1 kg/sq.m to obtain the final thickness in 2 or more coats.

Applying the Product

Application System

1. Concrete Deck: The base substrate.
2. Primer: ACRYRUBBER diluted with 10% water (by weight) can be used as a primer. (Not required for concrete decks ≤ 30 sq.m.).
3. Reinforcement & First Coat: Embed ACRYFELT MESH reinforcement (required for areas > 30 sq.m.). Apply the first coat of ACRYRUBBER.
4. Final Coat: Apply the second coat of ACRYRUBBER.

Application Instructions

• Mixing:
  • For brush or roller: Thin ACRYRUBBER with 5% water by weight.
  • For airless sprayer: Thin ACRYRUBBER with 10% water by weight.
• Conditions:
  • Optimal application temperature is between 10°C and 40°C.
  • Do not apply during fog, rain, or times of high humidity.
• Drying:
  • Touch dry after approximately 1 hour, depending on weather conditions.
